My acting teacher decided we’re doing the Laramie Project. Which I feel pretty weird about as the only queer guy in the class. So now I get to decide which is less draining, acting out a play about the violent murder of someone like me (which is both personally unsettling and also politically unsettling considering that the publicity of Shepard’s murder was very much about his whiteness and this play is sort of an emblem to how little people care about qtpoc deaths) … Or if I want to try to have the ~*~super fun~*~ conversation with my professor about how this is upsetting and triggering for me… After having already spent a lot of wasted time and energy just trying to get her to use the right pronouns and stop asking me invasive questions in public. Anyway. The picture is only kind of unrelated. I guess this face and my glasses are my spiky armor for the day. Ps I’m not actually logged into tumblr so I won’t get yr messages but I’ll see yr replies and comments. (Taken with instagram)

I miss y’all. I wish I could come back and get stoked on the love and support that I’ve found on tumblr, especially when things are rough. I’m taking my life day by day right now and just trying to stay alive and in one piece. When I run into toxicity on tumblr I take it with me everywhere. It’s too easy for me to get sucked in. There’s enough going on for me outside of the internet that I don’t need more things to try and hold together or to worry about.
anyway. I know I don’t owe y’all an explanation. But there it is.
